MABUHAY!

“Mabuhay” is a Tagalog word that translates to “to live.”

One of the things I value most in my work is taking time to understand how you are living your life, not just what you are going through, but how it feels to be you in it.

My approach to counselling is grounded in listening closely to your experience and making space for your story to be heard without judgement. I aim to offer a calm and steady space where you can feel safe enough to explore what is happening for you, at a pace that feels right for you.

I understand that personal journeys can feel overwhelming at times, and at other times uncertain or even intimidating. In our work together, we can gently make sense of your experiences and begin to develop ways of managing the stress, challenges, and emotions that arise in daily life.

I look forward to working with you and supporting you through that process.
